Virtual IT Assistant Overview

As a Virtual IT Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our technical operations by assisting with system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth performance of our digital tools and platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to provide reliable technical support and maintain efficient workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, preferably in a remote or BPO environment, and a strong understanding of common systems, software, and basic network concepts.

 

Your problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to respond promptly to technical concerns will be essential in keeping our operations running seamlessly. This is a full-time, remote position.

In this role, you will
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting software issues and managing system performance.
  • Assist with software updates, installations, and routine system maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Conduct data management tasks, including organizing data, backups, and implementing secure storage practices.
  • Support system and security monitoring, implementing measures to guard against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Enable process automation using digital tools to streamline operations and improve team efficiency.
  • Assist with IT integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between various platforms and business applications.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or similar role supporting senior-level professionals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and polished professionalism.
  • High degree of discretion, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and optionally with CRMs or project management platforms (Asana, Slack, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision.
