8. Payments (Stripe)
We use Stripe to process payments for our services. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment information is handled by Stripe according to their security and compliance requirements.
One-time and recurring payments
Depending on your contract, payments may be one-time or recurring. Recurring billing terms (amount, frequency, and cancellation) are described in your contract and in our Terms and Refund/Cancellation Policy.
9. Client Services and Healthcare Data (PHI)
Global Task Partners is not a healthcare provider. Our website is not intended for submitting Protected Health Information (PHI), and we request that you do not submit PHI through website forms.
When we support healthcare clients, any PHI processing occurs:
- Within the client’s own systems under the client’s access controls and policies; and/or
- Within our controlled environment only when required for the engagement, using encryption and HIPAA-aligned safeguards, and where applicable, under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) or similar contractual terms.

We keep information as long as needed to provide services, manage recruiting, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information (such as access controls and secure transmission where appropriate). No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
