You will work closely with internal teams to provide reliable technical support and maintain efficient workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, preferably in a remote or BPO environment, and a strong understanding of common systems, software, and basic network concepts.   Your problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to respond promptly to technical concerns will be essential in keeping our operations running seamlessly.
