As a Virtual Health Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our medical team by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing high-quality service to our clients. This is a full-time, remote position based in the Philippines.

In This Role, You Will

 

  • Manage and organize patient records and appointments
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the medical team
  • Coordinate with patients and healthcare providers to ensure timely service
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our system
  • Assist with billing and insurance verification
  • Other responsibilities as needed
What You'll Bring:

 

  • 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in a medical setting
  • 2+ years of BPO experience
  • Reliable equipment (computer/laptop, webcam, microphone) and high-speed internet
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
  • A robust work ethic and openness to feedback
